I made pasta sauce from scratch for the first time in my life tonight and it’s my favorite one: vodka sauce. I added some spicy Italian sausage from @beyondmeat and put it over gnocchi. I found a simple non-vegan recipe and modified it to be vegan and it turned out great! #whatveganseat #whatveganscook

So about…four years ago? this cute little plant lady randomly messaged me on tumblr and we have been incredibly close friends ever since. We’ve been on adventures in three states in every season but winter, have survived things together we thought would end us, and she has made me a smarter and stronger person.
